We have tried to ensure that job listings are current and accurate. Job openings are active from the open date until they are closed by the Clerk’s Human Resources Office. Changes are posted on the website as soon as practical. The closing date established by Human Resources is the official closing date. The Clerk’s Office is not liable for errors contained herein.

Employment Policy

The Clerk of Court’s Office accepts applications for open positions only. Human Resources will keep applications on file for six months from the date originally submitted. After six months, you must submit a new application to account for changes and/or updates. It is your responsibility to notify the Human Resources Office if you wish your application to be considered for an open position. You must meet minimum qualifications to be considered for open positions. Individuals whose qualifications and experience best meet the needs of the Clerk’s Office will be invited for an interview.

The Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office participates in E-Verify, an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.
