File and Go offers a digital service for filing Notices of Commencement (NOCs) for the construction community. The service guides users through creating the NOC document, obtaining electronic signatures, and coming soon e-notarization capabilities. It includes a recording review process to analyze the NOC for any issues that could prevent it from being officially recorded. If no issues are found, the NOC will be electronically submitted to the County Clerk for recording with no need to physically visit the courthouse. This allows the NOC filing process to be completed remotely in a streamlined digital workflow.
