The Clerk’s office values our citizen’s health and is taking every precaution to maintain a safe environment. We are working closely with our court judicial partners  to review our emergency action plans. As always, we are maintaining a healthy and clean environment in all our offices at the Flagler County County Courthouse – Kim C. Hammond Justice Center. However, due to the highly contagious nature of Coronavirus, the Clerk’s office is taking additional steps to protect our citizens coming into our offices.

Please note, AOSC20-13 has temporarily suspended jury selection proceedings, as well as criminal and civil jury trials beginning Monday, March 16th 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020. Jurors serving the courts of Flagler County with summonses for the weeks of March 16 and March 23, 2020 do not need to report or check for further reporting instructions. All other jurors please follow the instructions on your summons. As more information becomes available the message will be updated as well as our website.

If you are exhibiting any symptoms related to Coronavirus, please refrain from visiting our offices. If you have a hearing, or anything else requiring your presence while you are still exhibiting symptoms, please make all appropriate arrangements to excuse your presence. For the foreseeable immediate future, we are requesting that unless your presence is required at the Flagler County Courthouse – Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, please try using our website and all the services it provides.
