Located on the second floor of the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, the County Civil Division handles cases involving a monetary judgment from $5,000.01 to $15,000, all matters of eviction, declaratory judgments, foreclosure of mortgages, negligence, breach of contract, damages and other matters where a claimant may be made whole by receiving a money judgment.
